 Born and raised in New Mexico, Ryan is excited to begin a new career in Real Estate. With prior experience in law enforcement, Ryan brings a unique perspective and strong problem-solving skills to the table. Currently, Ryan is part of an electrical apprenticeship and is on track to obtain an Inside Wireman Journeyman license in 2025. Following this, Ryan plans to join the Lineman apprenticeship to earn a high voltage license. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing, and watching sports. With a strong commitment to the community and a passion for helping others, he is dedicated to providing exceptional service in the real estate industry.  

Tanya is a graduate of the University of New Mexico, where she obtained her Batchelor of Arts, Major in Biology, Minor in Psychology.  She had been in the medical field and also spent some time at home raising her children.  In 2018 Matthew, her husband, and she decided to open their own local brokerage together and she got licensed in 2018.  Tanya not only serves as the Designated broker of the office, but also handles all the accounts payable and accounts receivable and manages the day to day operation of the office.  She excels and has experience in all aspects of real estate; residential, commercial, vacant land, and property management.  Her favorite part on her job is helping people finding their home.  At home she most enjoys spending time with her family.

Matt has been in the real estate industry since 1998 and a licensed real estate broker since 2006. In 2018 with Tanya, his wife, they realized our community needed a local source for real estate needs and 45/ Realty was born.  Together Tanya and Matthew have their own investments and enjoy helping clients with their sales and purchases.  Matt has helped clients with sales and acquisitions of Commercial, Manufactured Housing Communities, Apartments, Residential homes, Vacant land, and Farm land.  Matt  assists his clients in Development, Real Estate consulting and advisement.  Matt also holds a New Mexico General Contractors license and builds new homes and swimming pools.  Matt is a retired New Mexico State Police Major, his hobbies include, hunting, hiking, and hanging out with his family.
